What it will not do
- Cropping changes what is displayed, not what is stored. Content outside the new box is hidden, not deleted, and can be recovered.
- Each page is measured separately, so pages will end up different sizes unless their content happens to match.
- A stray mark near the edge, such as a scanner shadow, will hold the crop open.
