Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Tools may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process material you have no right to process, to attempt to circumvent document security controls you are not authorised to remove, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Your responsibility for your files

Because processing happens on your device, you retain sole custody of your documents throughout. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and for checking that any output is correct before relying on it.

Always verify a processed document before sending it. Automated processing can produce results you did not intend.

Rights in your content

You keep all rights in the documents you process. We claim no licence over them, and could not exercise one, as we never receive them.

Paid plans and refunds

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and statutory cancellation rights apply where relevant.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
