Documents you process

Files you open with the tools on this site are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to us and we do not receive, store or have any means of accessing them.

Because we never hold your documents, there is no retention period, no deletion schedule and no sub-processor with access to them.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit, so that we can reply.

Messages are retained only for as long as needed to answer them.

Usage information

Analytics are disabled by default. If enabled, the collected events are limited to page views and which tool was opened, with no document data of any kind.

Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for the purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising cookies are set. Any cookie introduced in future will be described on the cookie policy page and, where required, subject to consent.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in relation to personal data we hold about you.

In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold is a contact form message. Requests can be sent through the contact page.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
